To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the tour price for a binding booking.

Our cancellation conditions

Due to the current measures we have adapted our cancellation conditions for you, so that you can now also plan your holiday with us relaxed and carefree, there is the possibility to cancel already existing bookings or new reservations up to 14 days before arrival free of charge.

Holiday and travel insurance

For your own safety, we offer our guests the "Hotel Cancellation Insurance" of the Europäische Reiseversicherung. Take out your holiday insurance here.
