We have several cosy flats in our house. In our more than 400 year old Walser farmhouse, which has been lovingly restored, you will spend a unique holiday. Choose your suitable living space size (between 60, 75 or 90 m2) in the recently extended and newly designed flats. Skiing, cross-country skiing, walking and in summer a playground with barbecue area - everything starts at the front door.
OUR FLATS - CHOICE OF VARIATIONS OF LIVING SPACE FOR 2 - 4 PERSONS
- Occupancy depending on flat from 2 to max. 4 person.
- For each additional person (at an occupancy of 2 persons) we charge in the booked holiday apartment € 35,- per person and night (without board).
- In all our flat sizes of 60 m2 / 75 m2 / 90 m2 are TV, radio, telephone, internet connection available. View towards Lech, Rüfikopf or Omeshorn, Zug and Kriegerhorn, partly with balcony.
- The indicated from/to prices are per flat and per day with a normal occupancy.
- The local tax of € 3,20 per person (from 15 years) and per day will be charged additionally.
- Our flats are cleaned every second day (with the exception of the kitchen area).
- On arrival, the flats are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. We ask you to vacate them by 10 am on the day of departure. Parking is possible directly at the house.
- Free use of the local bus during the day. Bus stop approx. 50 m from the house. With the bus you can reach the centre of Lech, the lifts in Lech, the ski school Lech and the toboggan run Oberlech in about 5 minutes.
- In summer you will receive the mobility card for free use of the local buses in the Lech, Zug, Oberlech, Stubenbach and Zürs area. For stays of 2 nights or more, you can purchase the inexpensive Lech Card - info at www.mylechcard.com
- The Lech forest swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away in summer
- Summer and winter hiking trail as well as cross-country ski trail pass directly by the house.
- Shopping facilities in Lech - 2 supermarkets, bakery, butcher's shop and delicatessen.
